Step by Step Instructions on how to register for our events

                                                            Step 1)  Find an event that you want to register for at our “Online University Store” and click on the button to “Add to Cart

                                                            Step 2)  Check out by hovering over the area in the menu bar with the icon of a Shopping Cart.  Click on “Check out

                                                            Step 3)  Add your billing information and click on “Place Order.”  You will need to create an account with us in order to view your event.

                                                            Step 4)  Once your order is complete, click on “My Account”  then click on “Access Page” to view your event.

Where do I go to view my online events?

We do not send passwords or event access through e-mail.  It is automated on our site, just follow the instructions below.

You will need to sign in to your account at:  www.Paths2Empowerment.com

To View your Event:
Go to the top Menu bar and click on, “My Account” locate next to the“Home” Button.

Or sign in to your account and Click Here

Locate your Event you recently purchased and click on “Access Page” which is listed right below your event under the Details column

How do I purchase an event?

Click on the event you would like to purchase, Click on the logo or on Register or Sign up Links

Click on Add to Cart

When you are ready to check out locate your shopping cart at the top blue menu bar and hover on “Cart.”

Next click on Check Out


Pay for the event and view it under “My Account” & Enjoy!

Event Expired? 

Our events come with unlimited viewing until the deadline date stated on the purchase page where you bought your event.   The date is also available to view under the video player.

For our event “Predictions, Comments & Questions” this event is Free and  found in our
Online University Store

Predictions Comments and Questions are also available free without registration at ESPAVOtv.

I can not find my event

If you can not find the event you signed up for, it is possible that the sign up for your event was never completed.    Lets check.

Sign in to your account at www.Paths2Empowerment.com ,  Click on “Access Your Events” in the grey menu bar near the top of most pages at Paths2empowerment.com.   View the top event listed and if this is not the event you recently signed up for then the sign up procedure failed and you will need to re-register for this event.

Trouble Signing in or Logging on

Sign in to your account at www.Paths2Empowerment.com

Enter your name and password in the upper, right hand corner of the site.
Make sure that you have correct spelling.  All passwords are case sensitive.
If this does not work please close all other browsers and browser windows you may have open. Refresh the page and try again.
If you are not able to access your account at all, contact us by sending us a Support Ticket (click the ?Support icon in the lower right corner) and ask us to change your password to a temporary password.   Once you receive this password and enter your account you can change your password by Clicking HERE

How do I change my Payment Methods?

Go to www.Paths2Empowerment.com and sign in to your account.

Click on the tab called “My Account”  located next to the “Home” button near the top left Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate “Manage My Payment Methods” and click on “Edit” to change your Credit Card information.

Want to watch a recording of your event? 

Please note that after our event recordings usually go live within 20 minutes after the event in an “early archive”.  You may need to skip ahead as this usually includes a 15 leader at the beginning.

Within 4 hours after the event a permanent recording will replace the early archive with the higher quality with no leaders.  If your event comes with downloads they can take as much as 4 hours as well.

If we have any problems we will post it on the page so you can see the Estimated Time of Arrival.

This way you can view the event in your own time until the expire date that is stated on product page where you purchased your event.

Having difficulty with Audio or No Sound.

While watching our events you will have two separate volume controls, one on your computer (bottom right corner of your monitor)  and the other control will be on the video player (bottom right corner of your video player where you are viewing your event from)

Make adjustments as needed to raised the volume and if you are not receiving any volume make sure both of these areas are not muted. Mute is usually indicated by at speaker with an X over it.  Clicking on it will unmute the player.

I am experiencing video skipping, freezing or delays

Here are a few things to do to see how to improve your connection with us:

Close other programs you have running on your computer.

Make sure there are no one else using your internet connection to download files or watch videos.  If you are using a wireless connection make sure it has been set up with a password so other people near you can’t use your connection without your permission.

Close all additional tabs and multiple browsers you may have running.

Reboot your computer and try again using only one browser and one tab open.

Click on refresh on the page you are viewing and give it 20 seconds to see if it will load.

If watching after the live event you will see a white “HD” in the bottom right corner of your screen.  Single click on the letters HD and a menu will open. Most of the time it will be set to “auto” but you can lower the number one step at a time to see what works best for your computer.

You might have better luck trying to use another web browser such as, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari or Opera

If your video comes with downloads, you can try and download these to your computer and view from your computers rather than from the internet. This eliminates our site from the equation all together.

If you still have problems and downloads are not offered please contact our Help Desk team by clicking on “? Support” at the bottom of your screen

Check your internet speed at:

http://www.speedtest.net/

Click on “Begin Test”  and match your speeds

Download speed should be a minimum of : 15 Mbps for watching Live events and 10Mbps for watching recordings after the event.

Upload speeds are irrelevant for watching videos.

Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) if you need to upgrade or if you are paying for services you are not getting.  They can diagnose your individual problem.

How do I download and event?

Only specified event come with downloads/  LightMaster will have them always.
You will know if your event has downloads as they will be listed in a box above the player of your event video.

If your event comes with Downloads:

Look for the Download box or just the words, “Download MP4 Video Here” or “Download the MP3 Audio Here.”

Click on this text to download it to your computer.  Some browsers require that you Right Click on the link and then click “Save As” or “Save Link As” to download it to your computer. Be sure to pay attention to where you saved the file.  Once the download is complete double click on the file to play it from your computer.

Live Broadcast Problems

I’m sorry that you are having trouble with the video system. First, we re on a cloud distribution system that tends to learn from itself so the problem may go away as mysteriously as it came.

There are also two important things you can do to make sure you get the best reception.

Make sure that no one else is using your internet connection, and make sure that you don’t have unnecessary tabs open on your computer.  Refresh your page

Go to the player and move your mouse over the right hand corner of the player. You will see the letters HD.  Click on the letters and lower the numbers listed there.

LIVE EVENT Broadcast Problems Reboot

We are sorry to hear you had problems with the internet and our event today.

We have had some other people with problems in viewing events.  The majority of the time it turns out to be on their end either internet or their computer.

Restart your computer and browser and login again.

This resets the internet connection and the computer for anything running in the background that may have been slowing down the broadcast.

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

To unsubscribe from our mailing list go to any of your emails from us, scroll down to the very bottom and click on Unsubscribe (note:  in some browsers you will first have to click on “View Entire Message” Then click on Unsubscribe)

Trouble using a Coupon

Make sure the coupon that you are using is available for that event, that you are spelling it correctly. Most coupon problems come from using the incorrect coupon for an event.

Where are your FREE Events?

We have many free events at both sites but most of them can be found at Espavo.org including many video channels from past events.  Check often at the ESPAVOtv link on the front page of www.espavo.org.

Instructions on how to order & watch an event from iPhone

Go to www.Paths2Empowerment.com

If you already have an account, sign in by clicking on the grey

stroll bar (Opposite of Home) on the Right Side there is a little

drop down button.   Click on this wheel your options to “My

Account” and log in to your account.

If you do not currently have an account, continue to the next

steps.

 

Click on the Logo to Return to the home page to order your class
Find the product / class for sale that you are interested in purchasing

Click on “Add to Cart”

Right below the icon you just clicked on “Add to Cart”  click on the text in green that says “View Cart”

Once the Cart shows up with your product in there, scroll down and click on “Proceed to Checkout”

Fill out the billing information, if you are a returning costumer click the icon to return

Once the Check Out window opens scroll all the way down until you see & click on “Place Order”
Click back on the Grey Menu Bar (under the top logo) and click on “My Account”

Find your recently purchased Event and click on it.

My Account Tab

All of your events are in one place after purchase.  Go to My Account tab on the blue menu bar on the front page of Paths2Empowerment.com. You will find all of your purchases and the access page link for each. Under the name you will find a link to the Access Page for each event.

Viewing an Event

The event will be available for 60 days after the last day for viewing and download.

You can view at your own pace during this time or can download events that come with downloads.

You can download the video or the audio (mp3) files and enjoy at our own pace. You can also keep these for your use as long as you like.  All we ask is that you don’t share, give or sell the downloaded videos and audios.

How to Purchase an Event

The easiest way to purchase an event is to go to www.paths2empowerment.com and log in with your user ID and password.

After you log in go the home page.

On the left side of the home page you will find the menu “Live Events”

You will find the event here in the menu.

Click and go to that page.

At the bottom of the page you will find “Register Here”

If you are logged in this should take you to the signup page.

All Events are Recorded

All of our events are recorded and archived.

You have access to the all the days of the event for 60 days. During this time you can download or view the events.

If you chose to download the lower quality version, you will be able to view them as long as you like.
